To use a fundamental progression to all training methods. Beginner to Advanced, a building block approach to sustain a solid foundation and to advance athletes to their maximum potential. There is not a "quick fix" to any sustainable athletic career, but with the proper foundation, an athlete has the ability to show continuous improvement.
